From Friday through Sunday, you’ll have exclusive access to the Emerson Fields estate, including the indoor reception space, outdoor ceremony sites, dressing suites, and a full catering kitchen. This extra time gives you the chance to unload, decorate, and prepare without feeling rushed. Your guests can enjoy our scenic estate, perfect for photos or simply taking in the view (maybe even a little time for fishing in our lake) throughout the weekend.
Rehearsal Dinner and Set-Up
Friday is all about settling in: bringing in your decor, loading drinks into the cooler, and hanging up suits and dresses in preparation for the next day. This rental package gives you the night before to rehearse the ceremony with your bridal party so everyone feels comfortable with their roles. Our climate-controlled reception hall comfortably seats up to 300 guests. It features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick feature walls, and a built-in bar area, creating a grand yet intimate atmosphere. Our staff will set up the tables and chairs to give you the perfect space to celebrate, dine, and dance the night away. The entire estate, including the main venue, have been designed with photography in mind so you know your photos will be stunning!

Day-of Coordination & Planning: Starting 12 weeks before your wedding, our professional wedding coordinator will provide weekly check-ins, track progress, and ensure everything is ready for your big day. On the wedding day, our team will manage all vendor coordination and the timeline so you can relax.
Bar Setup & Staffing: We’ll handle the bar service, from customizing your drink menu to providing a detailed shopping list. Our experienced team will manage bar setup, service, and clean-up, so all you have to do is shop! (and save thousands!)
