We will guide you right from the beginning with helpful advice, top vendor recommendations, and multiple check-ins throughout the planning process because this is likely your first time planning a wedding. {It’s our 250+ time.} With our personalized approach, you’ll never feel alone and you’ll have the confidence to plan the wedding within your budget that will leave your guests wowed!

  • On our property you’ll find five separate venues for your wedding day activities that you have full access to during your rental period:

    • a timeless, custom-built, white wedding venue with all the modern amenities – this space is climate-controlled with gorgeous, raised stage and two-story window backdrop providing tons of natural light for photographs

    • a serene, outdoor space nestled among mature trees with a picturesque lake that provides a unique area for couples to exchange vows or pause for sunset photos

    • a completely separate, open-air pavilion for hosting outdoor ceremonies for up to 300 guests in the shade

    • a sheltered patio perfect for the overflow of a large reception, an evening cocktail hour, or for your guests to enjoy some fresh air or yard games.

    All are conveniently located on our property and within walking distance. Your guests will love settling in for the day or weekend all in one location.

    • Knowledgeable Emerson Fields staff member for the entire wedding day to ensure the facility operates smoothly

    • Expert help + resources along the way so you don’t feel alone

    • Exclusive use of the property so you have privacy and your wedding has all of our attention

  • We offer ample seating and accommodations for up to 300 guests inside the venue, including these options:

    • Upgraded gold Chiavari chairs for a touch of elegance

    • All reception tables, no matter how many you need

    • Cocktail hour set up and tables for easy flow of the evening

    • White outdoor folding chairs, so your guests are never expected to move their chairs from one area to another

    • Specialty tables for your sweetheart table, cake display, gifts, and guest sign-in area saving you time and money on rentals

    We also have extra details to make the design of your event more stunning:

    • Ceremony cedar arbor, so you don’t have to haul large items

    • Ceremony altar cross, if you prefer a religious ceremony

    • Beautiful foyer furnishings that welcome your guests from moment they enter the venue

    • Elegant atmosphere with sparkling chandeliers paired with warm wood tones, polished floors, and touches of industrial elements for a reception that has plenty of character and inspiration

    • Full kitchen for your caterer to prep and serve from; equipped with ice machine and commercial refrigerator for easy wedding cake and fresh flower storage

    • Two private dressing suites with plenty of space to get ready onsite, private restrooms, and a place to keep your items secure with access code security

    • Built-in bar, ice machine, and beverage cooler ready for your choice of drinks

    • Spacious parking lot that includes close parking for guests and separate parking and entrance for vendors

    • Open Catering + Open Bar Policy, so you can choose your favorites
